Health Guarantee: We provide a health guarantee for our puppies at the time of purchase. If a puppy is found to have a serious health issue within the specified guarantee period, we will address the situation according to our health guarantee policy. Please refer to the health guarantee document provided at the time of sale for detailed information.

Deposits: Any deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase after placing a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited.

Transportation and Delivery Fees: Any fees associated with transportation or delivery of the puppy are also non-refundable once the sale is completed.

Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ready and able to care for a new puppy before making a purchase. We encourage potential buyers to ask any questions and seek additional information about our puppies prior to completing the sale.
